  One of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. In January 2026, I was involved in a car accident outside this establishment that was not my fault. However, the other driver’s insurance company attempted to hold me 50% responsible, and the only way I could prove otherwise was by obtaining video footage from outside of this stores location . I contacted the restaurant multiple times and was told someone would look into it, but I received no response. When I visited in person, the owner, Juwan, initially seemed helpful and took my information, saying he would follow up. Weeks passed with no response, and despite several visits, I was unable to reach him again. Eventually, I was referred to another manager because Juwan was too busy to helps, Avery, who was supposedly responsible for handling the request. However, the same issue continued—Avery was never available, and no one followed up with me. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency made an already stressful situation even worse. Months later still nothing I have even went into the store and was told Avery was there and once they went to go get him from the back they came back to the front he had magically left for the day . Obviously a game is being played and I have gave up as they were unprofessional! Beware doing business or booking this location for an events as they will mostly give you the run around !

  My favorite place to hangout, watch Philly Sport Teams, and enjoy the People, The StarMaids, and the owners💯❤️💯🤩🤩 Just show up and you will have a great experience… Oh I forgot the food is fits right in with the atmosphere, Amazingly Done🍽️🔥

  We celebrated a win party for the mayor, excellent customer service and food, drinks were so delicious. Perfect location, vibrant, people are genuinely nice with wonderful crowds, I highly recommended.

  Its my fault for ordering scallops and flounder at a gloified bar. I grew up in Drexel Hill and was back in town for the Easter Holiday and went to Caseys cause I have been there several times on the past, and it was good, however I only remember ordering pub food in the past. Shame on me for ordering a Seafood Dinner at a Pub. Food was very poorly executed. Should have gotten wings and a burger...Anyway, so 3 Stars instead on 1 cause I take some of the blame.

  My wife and I made a choice between going to Casey's Drexel Hill or Westgate pub in Havertown. I wanted Westgate my wife wanted to go to Casey's because in Newtown square it's a nice restaurant. I will never ever come back to Casey's in Drexel Hill ever again Wait time for food : 30 minutes and it's barely warm. I had chicken marsala potatoes and spinach not even so much as a slice of bread. We had a Reuben also soggy bread and BURNT homemade chips. After waiting considerable to find the waiter, we told him that we would like Fry's. Has the homemade chips were burnt. They wouldn't give it to us until after we ate the sandwich and then had nerve enough to charge us for the fries after they burnt the crap out of the chips ! Overall unclean restroom Poor service Not hot food Burnt food and they charge you for replacement. No I wouldn't recommend this place unless I was really angry at someone and I wanted them to have a bad meal then they're going to be perfect. Other than that don't go.
