  Went in at 7:55 pm on saturday night, it closes at 9:00 pm. When ordering our food, i asked for a shake. Right way she said no shakes, then asked manager and manager said nope. Excuse was they are low on Ice Cream. I said ok, and ordered a drink. Just as she was ready to ring up the order she says- oh you can’t eat in because we like to close the dining area down at 8:00. But you don’t close till 9:00. She says yea i know sorry - but you will have to take it out. So i said, forget it and to cancel order. Bye. She says ok, Bye. Im sure upper managemet would not be happy with that!!!!!

  This is my first time at this location. I was greeted by Emmy who quickly took my order & explained the differences between some of the menu options. She also was serving orders, cleaning tables, etc. she was hustling all the while keeping it friendly and making sure the customers had what they needed. The tater tots were nice and crispy just the way I like them. The bacon on the burger could have been cooked more evenly but overall it was a good experience today.

  Our meals were delivered. So I did not spend any time in the store and I did not get to experience their customer service in the store. I ordered a bacon cheese burger. LTO. I couldn't wait, it looked delicious online. It arrived on time. So, I grabbed my burger, unwrapped it, and took a bite. OMG. If there was not a trash can next to me, I may have spit it out onto the floor. It was like biting into a burger stuffed with rubber. The bacon gat was overwhelming. I'm not sure if I will ever be able to have another bacon cheeseburger from here. I think it's gonna take me a while to look at any bacon cheeseburger, the same again for a while. I know everyone has a bad day, even the bacon. But this meal should never have gone out of the door I will include a picture of the bacon. I am very disappointed.

  food was amazing, came out quick and hot, jaylyn was amazing, very sweet, i can tell she’s a very hardworking young women, will definitely come back!

  Food was excellent! Staff is very friendly. Great spot for a quick bite. Keira was extra friendly and made sure my time at the restaurant met high standards.
