  Avoid this location at all costs. This is without a doubt the absolute worst chipotle that I've been to in the country. It's consistently filthy inside and I've never had a burrito here that didn't need to be wrapped twice due to them being completely incapable of wrapping a burrito. They don't spread out the ingredients whatsoever and every bite will be nothing but rice until you make it halfway through. At this point you have three to four bites of all of the ingredients before it's nothing but rice for the rest of the way. Do not eat here, go to the burrito place across the street or anywhere else.

  When this chipotle first opened, up until around 2017-2018 this was a good location. After 2018, it went downhill, they started hiring rude employees who eat up the food, make fun of customers, and don't wanna work. And the reason why they keep running out of food, is because the employees are eating up the food. So, if their running out of cheese, meat, etc.. it's the employees eating most of it. This location doesn't have heavy traffic like other locations. And this is the only location that is always running out of food consistently, no other chipotles are doing that on a consistent basis, like this location.

  Worst place ever- multiple times they are out of food today out of white rice. Lunch time and out of rice. Best place also for warm soda - rarely their drink machine works and good luck getting ice - I have even seen them even use a dirty bucket and dump ice from the back. You can see why chipotle gets bad reviews here. Today I was going to dine in but alas not today.

  Just left and the store desperately needs a deep cleaning. I love Chipotle but hate bad customer service. I gave 2 stars for customer service only because the young lady Serena was doing her best to hold it down while the rest of the crew, mainly young white boys were not doing enough to justify leaving her to tend to the ever growing line. It wasn't until about 10mins after waiting in line did the young man who was doing door dash orders stop th help her man the line. Y'all have got to do better. This is upper Dublin, not the hood 😒. Thanks Serena for holding it down for your team, and may God bless you sweetheart.

  As I stepped through the door of this Chipotle, there stood a young artisan behind the counter, crowned with a halo of curly hair. Our eyes met, and I sensed immediately that this was no ordinary burrito maker, this young man was a maestro in the making, possibly a prodigy. With a flourish of tortillas, he began his masterpiece: a double-wrapped marvel brimming with double portions of brown rice and black beans, sofritas that whispered of spice, roasted corn, juicy pico de gallo, crisp lettuce, sizzling fajitas, and the burning hot salsa. Each ingredient was laid with the care of an artist painting a canvas. He did not skimp. Indeed, he heeded the call of “double everything” with a generosity that would make any burrito lover’s heart sing. The final creation was a behemoth, a two-pound testament to his grit and determination, rolled tightly and expertly. In that moment, it was clear to me what I had just witnessed, this was not just a meal; it was a legend in the making, a story I had to share. Whoever this young man is, he’s a burrito virtuoso. Chipotle, you’ve got a gem on your hands. Kudos to this curly-haired craftsman for making my day and my burrito dreams come true. May your path forever be guided by the light you have bestowed upon me.
