They mark the order as ready and I end up sitting there for 20-30 minutes waiting for a damn burrito that was marked ready. They prepare the food and handle the screen, printed stickers all with the same gloves on.

- SPStephen PottFeb 28, 20261.0Avoid this location at all costs. This is without a doubt the absolute worst chipotle that I've been to in the country. It's consistently filthy inside and I've never had a burrito here that didn't need to be wrapped twice due to them being completely incapable of wrapping a burrito. They don't spread out the ingredients whatsoever and every bite will be nothing but rice until you make it halfway through. At this point you have three to four bites of all of the ingredients before it's nothing but rice for the rest of the way. Do not eat here, go to the burrito place across the street or anywhere else.

After 2018, it went downhill, they started hiring rude employees who eat up the food, make fun of customers, and don't wanna work. And the reason why they keep running out of food, is because the employees are eating up the food. So, if their running out of cheese, meat, etc.. it's the employees eating most of it. This location doesn't have heavy traffic like other locations. And this is the only location that is always running out of food consistently, no other chipotles are doing that on a consistent basis, like this location.
