  This place was horrible workers were very rood the store was unsanitary took like 20-30 minutes to get a burger and fries would not recommend for any one

  I have been eating at Wendy’s for over 35 years. The food stays consistent. What stands out is the service at the Doylestown Wendys location. Can I say, associate Tony, this man deserves praise & a raise! Tony will remember every detail of your order, everytime, and he will present a consistent positive outlook. The 5 stars are for Tony. He always says,”Have a Blessed day.” To Tony, May he have a blessed life! This man is a treasure.

  DISAPPOINTED AGAIN! We’ve had ANOTHER bad experience at this location. 8:30 PM on a Saturday night and no chocolate Frosty AGAIN. We often try to get dessert here as we love the Frosty, but there’s only about a 40% chance that the chocolate Frosty is available. 8:30 on a Saturday for a place that is ‘Open Late’ is ridiculous. We’re done with this location and will never go back. Too many other - more reliable - options in the area.

  I went to this Wendy’s the other day and honestly it turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I walked in expecting to just get some food and relax for a bit. The place looked normal enough at first, a little messy but nothing too crazy, and I sat down waiting for my order after I placed it. At first I thought it was just taking a little longer than usual, which happens sometimes so I didn’t really think much of it. Ten minutes passed, then twenty, then thirty. At that point I started wondering what was going on because it was not even that busy inside. I kept waiting because I had already paid and figured the food would come out any second. Eventually it had been almost an hour and I still had not gotten anything. So I got up and went over to the counter to ask what was happening with my order. The worker kind of looked confused and started checking around and then I realized something that made the whole situation even worse. Another worker in the back was literally eating food that looked exactly like what I ordered. I’m not even joking it looked like my meal. They tried to act like nothing happened but it was pretty obvious what was going on and it honestly made me mad because I had been sitting there waiting forever while someone else was eating the food I paid for. At that point I was already annoyed and just wanted to leave because the whole thing felt ridiculous. As I got up and walked toward the door I noticed something that made the situation even more uncomfortable. There was a group of people outside the building just standing there staring through the windows. I’m not sure if they were waiting for someone or what but it definitely felt weird because they were just looking directly inside and it felt like they were staring at me and my healthy 300 pound body the second I stood up. The whole moment was just awkward and embarrassing so I didn’t even bother arguing with the workers anymore. I just walked out of the restaurant and got out of there as fast as I could. I came in expecting a simple fast food meal and instead ended up waiting an hour, watching someone eat the food I paid for, and then dealing with a bunch of people outside staring through the window while I was trying to leave. Overall this was one of the worst fast food experiences I have had in a long time. The service was terrible, the wait time was ridiculous, and the situation with the worker eating my food was honestly unbelievable. I left hungry and frustrated and I definitely will not be coming back to this location again. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
