I just had the worst experience in the Doylestown Borough Acme. I went for a few items and there was a group of young adults, possibly late teens or early 20’s in there, they were very obnoxious and I was so uncomfortable. I was by the deli counter. They were running around, vaping, spraying the cases where the pre packaged lunch meat was with windex. I went to customer service and I was told that they were sub-contractors. I will not go back.

Customer service really stinks! The man, I think is the manager was extremely rude and proceeded to make comments about me while I left! I’ve been coming here for years and have never been treated this way! The gentleman always seems like he doesn’t want to be there and could give two craps about customer service! On a good note… Chris who works in the deli is Always extremely nice and has been for years! Maybe you should think about putting him in charge of customer service!!!

This store consistently doesn’t apply digital coupons to your purchases or even apply regular sales prices to your purchases. This has happened to me the last three times I have shopped there. I know it’s not the fault of the store employees but someone there should be aware of it and do something about it.

Grew up on nearby Disston St. & my now retired neighbor used to manage Acme on Oxford Ave. Even though times have changed, still clean, well stocked store & courteous employees.

Puts on yellow blazer and rubs hands together'* Turn this place into a Spirit Halloween and be done with it.The beer line is worse than the DMV. Christmas Day was a disaster, People ditching carts in line left and right. One poor soul responsible for checkout with three different lines of 25 plus people each. This place had less staff than Mordor when Aragorn marched upon the Black Gate. I'd rather go camping on the Pelennor Fields during Nazgul season than ever shop here again. This experience shook me to my core. 6 meatballs between 10 people, mountains of sweet sausage... and not the thin good ones from down on Mulberry Street. No one really likes the taste of fennel sausage, we tolerate it when it's in a pot of gravy with hot salsicce and meat a ball. Ohh! Gabagool? not ova heeee
