  My husband and i came here tonight, as we have multiple times before, because it’s been a huge pregnancy craving of mine (currently 8 months pregnant). I also have celiac disease so it’s one of the only fast food places I feel safe eating at. We let them know of my allergy when ordering and it was no problem. They called our order number, we picked it up, and left. We drove 15 minutes home to find our order was incomplete and my burger was not included. When we called the location, they said they packaged it separately (appreciated) and it was waiting for us at the restaurant but not one person told us that when they called our order number, that it wasn’t all together. They also watched us leave and never alerted us before we drove off that we didn’t have the other burger. We drove back to get it and no one apologized for the misunderstanding. Our food was freezing at this point and no one offered to remake it. The woman behind the counter went so far as to say she didn’t package it so it wasn’t her fault. Also the fries were not just cold, but entirely undercooked. So disappointed and definitely won’t be revisiting any time soon. While I can understand the mix up, to not offer to make it right in any way and deny any fault in the matter is just horrible customer service. Already reached out on their website to issue a complaint but I doubt we’ll hear anything or receive any make good on this.

  Man at the counter is extremely abrasive and rude, will not be coming back. The staff was also yelling at eachother while our food was being prepared, I do not recommend coming here. Food was subpar at best for the price.

  everything taste good. the fries are the real value. my biggest issue with the place was price of the burger for the size of what you received. my lone burger was over $12 for something so small it was laughable. I'd rather pay for this than McDonald's, but def better burgers places around for less money will be why I won't recommend this place until that changes.

  Love the burgers , fries and service and parking, but my God it's cheaper to go out to a seafood dinner. It's very expensive but once in a while it's worth it.
