I keep getting the same cashier. She always has a comment. "Oh this sure gave me a workout ". Multiple times. She kept repeating it. The passive aggressive comment over and over. Mind you my husband bagged everything. All she had to do was run it over the scanner. Multiple visits to this location. Same cashier, same experience. Yea so keep your snarky cashier. I mean after all I would not want her to have to move or anything. Keep your groceries. However on the plus side, I did find Crops supermarket. Fabulous. Great products and staff.

I Heather Whitaker (Ferrano is maiden name) just want to give the staff 5 stars at this location. They must have made some changes to their daily operations because my fresh pass delivery orders have continually been wrong, partially delivered and yesterday it was never delivered & I was just lost in the system. Mr Duffy the gentleman I spoke to was very empathetic, remained calm, listened to my concerns and fixed it immediately all while lavishing me with sincere apologies. Now the management could use some smoothing or a general class in client relations. After waiting almost 24 hrs to find out I was lost in the system & my food was never going to come, Mr Duffy asked his manager for me if I could add on the toothpaste I needed. His managers response was no. That’s ridiculous he not only should have allowed it he should have comped the dang toothpaste for my troubles. I literally was woken up every hr last night by my upset dog who never got her stick treats. The manager should not have batted an eyelash at my request to pay for and add a tube of toothpaste. I believe he was only able to make that choice because he got to deliver the response via poor Mr Duffy. I’m not sure of Mr Duffys work ethic, skills or experience but you have a rockstar on your hands for client relations! As a Consultant for client relations myself I would advise you not only reward Mr Duffy for today’s interaction but also consider having him and whoever the manager was working today switch positions!! Get your aces in their places Acme! That’s my free consult advise!

The level of disrespect I just witnessed is unacceptable. I was standing behind a guy in line yesterday when I witnessed a Ms. LUCY be blatantly rude to a customer. I felt so uneasy that I put my stuff back (weed eater sting and gas mix) and went to another store. You guys should really think about giving her some customer service classes or something!!!

I went there for 3 items including a bottle of wine. The only line that you can buy alcohol had 7 people in line with completely full carts and the line was moving at a snail’s pace. There was one other register open at 5:45 on a Wednesday night. I’m not going to wait in line for 25 minutes to buy 3 items. I just left and went to Giant where they have a separate kiosk for alcohol. There has to be a better way to do this.

ALWAYS check your receipt. Many items do not ring up correct. Also at least once a week I will buy an item which has an old tag. Tonight the self check out guy (Blair is think) decided to argue with me after an old tag was left up, telling me I had to buy a certain amount to get the sale price. He said if he did it wrong he would get in trouble. He asked another cashier who confirmed what I told him was correct. Giant is only 5 minutes further and a lot less hassle. Attempted to find a contact me on their website but can not locate it for issues. Update- No one from the management team at the store reached out. After submitting a case on their website they said they would pass along to the store management. I guess they dont care enough about customers. They are one of just many better options in the area for shopping. Will only shop at acme now when absolutely necessary.
