- DMDean MApr 17, 20261.0I called at 12:32 for a pickup catering order, I ordered 1 platter of chicken strips and they said it would be done in an hour, but because they do pickups in increments I couldn’t pick it up until 12:45. I requested pickup at 12:30 and they refused to allow it. I have dealt with several other chick fil a’s in the area and have never had an issue like this. 0/10 would NOT recommend this location. They took pleasure in being difficult.

Disappointed with the service I received the company has gone downhill.
