  Spent $50 on 4 kids and they forgot a 10 piece meal. Tried to call and their voice-mail is full. So load four young kids up and haul back in to correct it. Great service

  They consistently get food orders wrong, especially delivery orders, even ones made directly through their own app. Then when you call to get it fixed, they give you the runaround and are entirely unhelpful. The manager, Stacy, just pulls the "I've been a manager for 20 years and this has never happened" line. The only reason I have used them is the convenience of distance to my house, but the poor service and abysmal order accuracy has completely voided any benefit there, I will not longer be using this location ever again and I highly encourage others to think twice before spending their money here.

  Placed an order through the McDonald's app for delivery and was given the wrong burgers. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and a bacon double quarter pounder but both were just regular double cheeseburgers that were placed in the correct package (correct package wrong food). Tried to get a refund through the app by talking to door dash, they informed us that since it was a food issue we had to contact the store so that's what we did. We spoke to the manager Stacy and she informed us that was a doordash issue and there wasnt anything she could do and if we wanted the correct food we would have to bring the wrong burgers back and pick up the new food (whole point of delivery is we couldn't go out). While this doesnt seem like that big of a deal, we have had multiple issues with this location and just kind of fed up with the lack of service this location gives.

  We are super disappointed! We went for the new Big Arch burgers that are supposed to have this fantastic sauce. We pay $30 for two of them and two fries. They didn't even put the sauce on them!! We drove all the way home and started eating before we knew. Extremely disappointing! What a waste! You should probably make sure you make it the right way when your company spends so much money advertising this big and wonderful new burger with a NEW sauce! All that said, the food was hot and fresh and the people that work there are lovely. But you have to make the food right!! I wish I could get a refund or coupon or something to try it again made the CORRECT way.

  My kids and I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes and watches 3 cars go through the other drive through line and there was no one asking to take our order. So I parked and wwnt inside to order and ask why we couldn't be helped at the deive through. A young gentleman apologized for the inconvenience and took my order right away. As I stood there waiting for our food the young man (Nick) was hustling, serving people in the restaurant and also tending to fries and just was doing a great job. I don't know who wasn't doing there job on the drive thru mic but they need to be gone from public services. Thank you Nick for you efforts and because of you my family and I will return.
