I don’t know if it’s a piece of glass or plastic and I’m scared to think there was more in there.. but I honestly don’t know what to do about this. I figured my drink was gonna be bad because I ordered it around closing time, but I’d never imagine finding things in my drink. Also I’ve gone to this dunkin my entire life so I’ve never had any problems till now..

And while waiting I watched a boy cleaning the drive thru area when a Manager proceeded to go up and berate the young man saying Very disparaging and cruel things to him. I felt so bad for this young man. Extremely uncalled for. There was No Reason for the Manager to act the way he did to this young man whatsoever period. I am so disgusted I'm not going back there again. Nothing like someone in charge taking out their bad laundry out on an sweet innocent child.
