I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, which I understand these days, but there were not many fries in the container and they were cold. The Quarter Pounder I ordered with cheese and ketchup only had onions and pickles, and the burger was so cold the cheese was unable to melt at all. I couldn't eat the meal as it was too cold. I should have went across the street to Dairy Queen.

I never go to mcdonalds but the staff was friendly, calm and happy/kind. I enjoyed the process and food. Most likely bcs of the area and less staff.

Two situations occurring in one weeks time, between an employee actively altering tos realm my bank card and send me away at the Dino’s, to having something as stupid as monopoly stickers we paid for being pulled and removed from the items. If your out of the monopoly based items, why are we getting the cups and containers that display everything but the sticker to peel off itself? Donegals location has come from mediocre to bad to worse in a 2 year span. Take the extra 15 minute drive to go to mount pleasant if you want something because the service provided by the management team, owners, and employees, leaves immense amounts of satisfactory to be desired. Do better or get off the mountain. Make room for a business that takes its community, customers, and responsibilities to keep up with promises made to the public more seriously, instead of this cestpool eyesore that plagues the mountainside here. Are we paying for convenience? Or are we paying rediculous prices to receive less than acceptable device?

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal. First they forgot my fries and then went in the back. When I called for them they got upset because they said I looked around the counter. Showed them they forgot my fries and then some time later brought out my order with old fries. The burger was pink and red in the inside. They were once again in back. After they said don’t try to contact them in the back I left. Left the undercooked burger for them to see.
