  Went in around 730-8pm and it wasn’t super busy but was left waiting for a long time to order… when finally helped the lady had a strong attitude which I would usually ignore since we all have bad days but we then waited 20 minutes for our food..(of course they served it off their screen to make their times look good) and we also then watched them take our fries off of the heater And let them sit on the tray for five minutes while waiting for other fries so I then asked for all fresh fries and of course, I was given yet again another attitude. We then realized they missed ringing us up for one of our fries so we went to ask them about it and I stood there for five minutes, waiting for someone to even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. At this point I started getting annoyed and the male employee Continued to sit there on his phone. We were then sitting and eating and looked over and saw not only was the male on his phone, but the female employee was sitting on the counter where they prepare our food. As someone who worked at McDonald’s from the time I was 14 to the time I was 18. I could never imagine doing this at 14 let alone Being a manager and watching my shift run this way. Very poor customer service. (Sorry for the quick response and grammar errors I am writing this using talk to text with the kids being loud)

  Stopped by for a bathroom break and a snack on a long drive. We went inside and it was FREEZING. Billion dollar company and the heat isn’t on? It had to have been close to 50 degrees in the building. I was literally shivering. We ended up using the bathroom and then ordering through the drive thru instead of inside because it was so cold inside. The staff were very friendly and our food was great. The temperature inside is my only critique.

  I think they forgot to use a coffee filter. Bottom of my cup gave me a mouth full of coffee grounds. Choking while driving SUCKS.

  This location parks often and I have to wonder if it’s purely done to somehow speed up drive thru times artificially. I say this because I was parked during lunch (although line wasn’t crazy) and after waiting and receiving the order, there was nothing that was hot. It didn’t seem like they were waiting for fries (which was my hope, cause truly hot fries are heavenly) or nuggets because everything was at a temp of having been in the bag for 10 minutes already….if you park people at least make sure the food is hot, and folks may not mind being parked so much. Employees are super nice here.
