Lady at window looked at the bill like she never seen cash before. Told me she would have to see manager to get change. Comes back and says the manager says they have no change. This is a straight lie. No way they can't break a 50$ bill. Manager has no integrity and he/she is a straight liar. What should've happened is since they can not honor the customer with providing change, then it should have been free. Dunkin has better coffee and they had change.

At least half the time you can't see or even taste the Caramel in it. In other words I'm not getting what i pay for. There's a certain guy gave me an attitude once and most of the time he's there, i don't get the extra caramel but still charged me constantly.
