  Ieave a 3 star atmosphere because sometimes the tables are dirty. But the big order tablet things are really convenient for my dad. Bathrooms are just okay bathrooms which is good compared to other places. And the chicken sandwiches are good. Cheese on burgers are good. Me and my sister and my two cousins love the salty fries. Fries are the best. Just make the tables cleaner. And One time they gave us a wet greasy tray but we all make mistakes so service is good. McGriddles are just so good. The syrup bread, the bacon is good, and the two hash browns on the sides make it perfectly great. Keep up the good work. And I like your guys nugggets really good

  People seem nice but the service was slow. But the worst is the food. Although we waited for a long time, our burgers where cold and the cheese was not even melted with stale buns. Could have been better.

  We came around 8:40 PM and it was not busy at all. Unfortunately, the employees absolutely have no customer service skills whatsoever. My husband forgot to order the sweet-and-sour sauce, so my child waited at the register and no one came to serve him. Then I went and waited and finally had to say “excuse me” to get their attention. I asked for sweet-and-sour sauce and she looked at the bin and it was empty. She then went to go get more and then would not give me any with my 16 chicken nuggets we had ordered. I asked a second time, thinking she forgot. I was ignored again. I then decided I was going to call McDonald’s while standing there. The phone was absolutely ignored, and they even said we’re not answering (they did not knowing who was even calling.). I could hear it ringing. It tried to go to voicemail so I called again and they refused to answer again . At that point, my husband got up from the table and told them that his wife asked twice and that his son wanted the sauce. It’s not like we didn’t order chicken nuggets. We have 16 of them at our table. The employees in absolute change and attitude. I welcome management to check the camera in this interaction.

  Not as clean as it should be. Bathrooms were dirty, floor in the dining area had food in it and the garbage cans outside of the building were completely overflowing with trash. I've had issues with the drive through service in the past so we decided to dine in. Still disappointed. Food and service were fine though. There was a lot of shouting going on in the kitchen area while we were ordering, that was a bit distracting too.
