I pulled up to the drive-through where a young girl took my order the entire time she was taking my order. She had an attitude after I finally completed the entirety of my order, which was just a drink an iced coffee. There was a giant paws of silence for like three minutes and then finally she was like wait. Can you repeat the order again and then I go to start repeating my order again and she completely cut me off in a very rude manner and told me to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, I saw that she was just a young girl however the whole interaction with her was very unprofessional and very rude and she shouldn’t be working in customer service. My experiences at this Duncan are usually pleasant, but after this encounter makes me not want to go there again.

I purchased the same order because I thought that the first order didn’t go through. Then I realized that I did duplicate order’s so I went ahead to tell the lady at the front desk, she was the manager at that time. She said yeah I’ll just charge you one time and gave me my one order and gave me both receipts. I trusted her to do the right thing and didn’t give me my refund so she stole my money on behalf of Dunkin Donuts. So I will look for the transactions and do a a dispute soon because it only has about 2-3 months so I still can do it. People like that should be disciplined or not work with money cause their ethical is missing!
- KMkira millerSep 21, 20252.0i don't typically write reviews, but i am slightly annoyed. i have ordered sandwiches 2 times in a row now with the chipotle aoili, which they charge an extra .50 to add. both times there has not been sauce on these sandwiches. fifty cents is not enough for me to turn around and complain, but its annoying to pay extra for something you're anticipating and be disappointed more than once.
