No one else but our group of 3 is in the place. Placed order and waited. One of my group members, upon realizing he had a medium coffee, said he meant to get a large. She looked at him and said “you are getting what you ordered”. In a rude voice. How hard wouid it have been to simply say “no problem sir, I can get you a large”.? And how about a thank you or have a nice day? Pitiful employee customer service and not goi g to help business with her lack of friendliness to paying customers

I pulled up to the drive-through where a young girl took my order the entire time she was taking my order. She had an attitude after I finally completed the entirety of my order, which was just a drink an iced coffee. There was a giant paws of silence for like three minutes and then finally she was like wait. Can you repeat the order again and then I go to start repeating my order again and she completely cut me off in a very rude manner and told me to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, I saw that she was just a young girl however the whole interaction with her was very unprofessional and very rude and she shouldn’t be working in customer service. My experiences at this Duncan are usually pleasant, but after this encounter makes me not want to go there again.
