  Everyone was very respectful and responsive. Even replaced a sandwich that was made wrong without a problem.

  Service- waited several minutes to get someone to come take our order, after more than 5 minutes of waiting I'm told they can only make 1 of 2 roast beef sandwiches we ordered because they don't have any roast beef "Arbys" FOOD-I reluctantly order bacon burger as replacement never had a burger at Arby's guess what took almost 10 min to complete the order it was cold. The burger was cooked in the fry basket which seemed odd and was the most tasteless and horrible burger ever plus go figure they made regular burger not the bacon burger. I worked in jail most of my life that had better "please take burger off your menu" I also ordered the rubin might have been ok if it had sauce on it and wasn't on cold rye bread. I have never written anything like this before. left feeling this place had cheated me out of almost 30 bucks. Atmosphere-(empty)except one employee appeared done working but camped out in center of dinning area plugged into wall.
