Waited almost 2hrs with multiple driver changes until finally a driver told us the workers gave our order to a different driver also picking up for almost the same name. The worker then gave our driver an attitude and refused to remake our order, forcing us to accept the order or demand a refund. Mind you, we ordered two large meals with drinks and the meal they wanted us to accept was a couple of crunch wraps and cinnamon twists instead. We've had nothing but problems ordering from this location, with either our order being messed up in some way or another or items missing completely. I feel bad for the driver that got an attitude when they asked to have our order remade since THEY'RE the ones at fault for messing up so horribly

He is a dear gentleman with an amazing mustache. He was clearly coming back from a break & opened the door for me. He had some newer staff members during a busy service because he was checking, literally rechecking what they had done & without anger based on some needed adjustments led the line staff to redo some items while he led with patience. I was watching the whole time. When he presented the finished order, he shared that they had taken the time to check the whole order as best they could. It was complete humility. To the Taco Bell brass, this employee deserves a massive raise & should be promoted based on my experience today. He is leadership material.
