I decided to just go inside and pick up my order and the hot coffee was cold, the iced coffee was melted down and the bagels were cold. Ya'll need to figure out what you're doing or get a different job. Honest to god, because that's insane.

If someone places a big or confusing order, how about having them pull over to the side or something? This has been going on since covid at both of these places and they still can't figure it out? I only stop when my wife wants an iced coffee. Rediculus

I waited about 10 min before someone took my order. As I was waiting for my order a blond young lady who I think was a supervisor was going off at employees as it was very unprofessional to handle the situation the way she did in front of customers. She was very loud saying well we're gonna handle this right now as she went and told an employee come on right now let's go and proceeded to the back. I think the way she handled the situation was very embarrassing for the employee and as customers we should not had to have heard all that ruckus as it should have been handled in a better way. I'm probably not gonna come back to this location after this experience as I did not like it one bit!!
