The light on the outdoor sign is completely unnecessary, and blinding driving through the intersection. Second, the lighting in the store is so bright, its painful. I cant even go inside without getting a headache. I feel bad for the employees. We used to sit and have coffee, but no more. Its like a warehouse now. We go to our local shop instead.

He wanted a mocha mint coffee they were out. He switched to the shaking espresso. He said I tasted like a regular house coffee. He flipped out. I personally go to dunkin every morning with my coworkers he only goes twice a year for holiday or vacation. He is so upset over the experience. They were so slow. Waited 10 plus mins to order. Waited10 mins at the window for the coffees to be handed out. When husband went in they didn't even have bags for food hand out he observed them being out of munchkins out of cookies and muffin over all unbelievable terrible service terrible management definitely disappointed.
