  I normally don’t write restaurant reviews—this is actually my first one. I just want to say that this Chick-fil-A is amazing. I’m guessing this location has been open for more than a year, but everything still feels so fresh, clean, and well cared for. I also loved that they put fresh flowers on each table, which made the whole place feel warm and inviting. What stood out the most to me was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, polite, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They greeted customers with a smile, moved quickly, and still made people feel genuinely taken care of. It didn’t feel rushed or impersonal at all. You can tell they take pride in giving good service and creating a positive environment. This location really left a great impression on me. I especially loved the fresh flowers on each table, which added such a nice and thoughtful touch. The staff truly made the experience stand out. They were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone seemed happy to be there, and they treated customers with kindness and patience. They were attentive without being overbearing, and the service felt genuine. It’s not often that you walk into a fast-food restaurant and feel this level of warmth and care. This place really made a wonderful impression on me. I can also make it sound more Google-review style and a little more natural.

  Crowded a lot which is Good for the Business but sometimes hard on the customer i ordered and waited for 30 minutes before they noticed my 6foot 8 inch frame and they finally got my meal together but I was given a free Brownie for my inconvenience 🤣

  Visit the location when we can were 45 minutes away. Over the last several visits weve had them same experience. It wasnt until today when my 13 year old said something that made me realize I needed to say something. Ive never been to a store with such friendly and happy employees. People can pretend and fake nice but everytime we visit we are always greated by a professional staff all wearing smiles. We mentioned that to one of the employees named jane, who I would love to have represent my buisness if I had one. Exceptionally happy person was very happy to have met and chatted with her. She mentioned that the dickson city location was the best one shes worked for. Location is always cleen and service is very timely. Keep up the good great work guys!

  I've been here several times over the years. I usually stop here when I passing through on my travels to NYC. Its about the halfway point from where I live to my usual destination. Staff is great, Food is better, location is great, and overall just a great dining experience. The bathrooms are so damn clean! That alone makes this a great stopping place for any traveler.

  This is the 3rd time THIS specific location has either forgotten a specific item or have just tossed something in my bag at rando. And to add insult to injury, not only were my drinks OVER FILLED an leaked in to the cardboard cup container, which then leaked into my seat and soaked my fries and one of my chicken stripe meals but I was charged for an orange juice and NEVER recieved it. If this is the kind of service chic-fil-a provides yall can KEEP IT
