    There was employees off the clock drinking beers and horrible customer service these employees were rude to my best friend the food made me really sick I will be reporting to corporate and also they were ignoring my requests my best friend made and were very ignorant

    Food discusting, the burgers had hard buns, the fries undercooked, the worker taking our order was rude. People taking garbage out through the dining area, the worst McDonald’s. The food was plain and you can tell it was sitting for a while.

    Co2 machine was broken. Not their fault but, What was, that the burger orders were wrong, only one fry for 2 meals. And no drinks at all. And it was cold because I waited almost 30 minutes for it. The manager did seem like she was offering different drinks and was helpful to others. The window kid saw me in the lobby after waiting 15 minutes in my car and started to loudly complain about it. One young worker started cussing with children in the lobby. With nobody at the actual counter now,it became quite the choas quickly. I won't be returning..

    I live right up the road and they can never get an order right, so much so to the point I drive an extra 10 minutes up the road to the Monroeville McDonald’s if I’m hungry. Don’t recommend unless you want to go through the drive through 2+ times to get your order fixed.
