  I stop by here almost every morning to grab a hot coffee. Some mornings the line can be long and on the weekends, you’ll see a lot of traffic both through the drive-thru and inside. Granted, it’s right next to I80 and it’s calmer than the Dunkin off of exit 309 so it’s expected. As a rule of thumb, if I grab anything other than a hot coffee (say a drink I know takes time to prepare) I’ll go inside so as not to tie up the drive-thru. I get the convenience of it, but be sensible about it. If I see a long line I’ll go inside but I can’t be mad, the folks that work here do their best and yes this place does get busy. The staff are great and it’s one of the main reasons I’ll go here over other coffee shops, regardless of how long the line may be at times. They always greet me, they’re quick to fix any mistakes which seldom happen, and they go out of their way to provide friendly service which is something that counts a lot these days. Appreciate you guys.

  Earlier today, I witnessed something I usually only see in shorts online , tiktoks, facebook vids, yada yada.. A complete rude and disrespectful karen to the employees. I was waiting in the side for my mobile order when I hear this woman start disrespecting this young man over creame cheese on a bagel. This young man is behind the counter making drinks, now being harassed by some old lady. I believe that employees should always stand up for themselves and not take disrespect from entitled customers, so kudos to the kid for telling the lady to calm down or to leave.. I would’ve done worse. 🤦🏾‍♂️. I come to this location often, great staff, always not to busy, so getting coffee is quick and convenient almost 24/7. I recommend 100%.. I also recommend to not be rude to employees. 🤣🤣. Give these kids a raise!!

  the white lady there stay messing up your order you can tell she does not want to be there, but she does not listen. I ordered a coffee one time she didn’t even stir anything. I had to make sure today if she stirred my coffee and she still messed up my food order The customer service here sucks you order your order through the mobile to make sure you’re not there 20 minutes and you’re still there 20 minutes and they still mess up your order then when you call the phone number to speak to somebody it’s a magicJack number and you can’t get in touch with anybody so there’s no way for them to correct your order or to refund you your order when they have messed it up The worst Dunkin’ Donuts.
