The order went through and it told me to pick it up at the counter however, once I got to the McDonald’s, the doors were locked and it was a long line of people waiting for their order, I was told in along with everyone else that the McDonald’s was closed however, I’m confused on how the McDonald’s is closed if They’re still accepting orders, I was told that my order could not be completed and I was told to reach out to the McDonald’s corporation for a refundThe workers were extremely rude and disrespectful and made me very uncomfortable.

It was definitely busy with orders plus the drive thru line. A manager did greet me and let me know my order was coming up. I didn’t catch her name but she then went back to where she was helping all her team members. They were all working hard so the wait was understandable. Food service work is no joke and this shift handled it so well. Thank you!
