  This Dominos is the worst store ever. As a owner of multi restaurants, My staff are professional. Dominos customer service sucks. The employees are rude. As a food chain how can you tell a customer you will not deliver and that's point blank. Please guys if a restaurant don't respect the customers don't spend your money. I see why the 0-1 stars are max out. Ban this place and go some place else. I will call corporate to complain.

  This is probably the WORST dominos I’ve ever dealt with. Their service is horrible, I ordered 2 days back to back, the first day I ordered my pizza was burnt, I didn’t request well done however it was beyond well done. I didn’t complain, however The next day I ordered again & after placing my order at 7:45pm I watched my app the entire time, tracking the order for updates & the driver’s location, according to the location of the driver on the App, he NEVER came within a 10 block range of my apartment complex to deliver my order, the order was marked to be delivered at 8:26-8:33 then it said it’ll be there by 8:36 pm, when I refreshed the app 3 minutes later, the driver’s location was back at the store at 8:23pm, I was confused thinking okay maybe it’s a mistake, maybe he forgot something. At 9 pm he was still at the store & now the delivery time is set for 9:45pm. So I decided to call the store to see when would my order be arriving. I’m assuming it was the manager or shift leader whom I spoke with, & he said the driver said he called me twice & I didn’t answer. Now I had received not one missed called or voicemail, & I am trying to explain to him, the driver never called me & in fact he never arrived no where near my apartment complex bc I’d been tracking the app the entire time. & he just pushed it off saying my order wasn’t coming bc the driver said I didn’t answer. Even thou I insisted he checked the drivers phone for a call made to my number, he rudely hung up on me. Now usually when I order I would prepay but this time I had to pay cash, & I feel bc I didn’t prepay I was not treated as a valued customer. This location is very unethical. & I tried to order my kids pizza from a different location but I couldn’t so I had to leave my home 9:30 at night to drive to the south Philly location. However this store in Darby needs to do better with assisting their customers & treating them with respect. Very rude & not at all friendly. & may I add I use to deliver for dominos & if they had any care for the customer they would had made better attempts at working with me to make the issue convenient for us both. At times if a customer doesn’t answer usually the store would try to make contact in the attempt that a driver claims a customer is unresponsive. Very very rude .

  Employee sneezed in their hands, didn't sanitize, touched screen, put pizza boxes in delivery bag. Eat and be weary.
