- AAAmber AppleJul 28, 20251.0I ordered on the mobile app, I ordered 3 footings and a 6 inch all regular Italian bread. The store then called me about 15 minutes later telling me they are out of regular bread but they got the 3 foot longs made and wanted to know what bread to use for the 6 inch. I said use half the bread you used for one of the foot longs. I can’t do that they are already made and wrapped is what I was told. So I told him then I would like a refund for that 6 inch and I don’t want it. His answer was I don’t know how you do that I don’t use the mobile app. So we just went into the shop to figure it out. Get there guy says we fixed it… my husband brings it to the car. No it’s not fixed now I have one 6 inch, one 8 inch(two 4 inch pieces) and 2 foot longs.

- SAStephen A.May 19, 20181.0Felt very rushed when ordering and lady there made me feel unwelcome. Maybe she wanted a break instead of waiting on customers I don't know and I don't care. If you have an attitude then you should stay home. When our subs were done being made they were just slapped down on the counter as if she didn't care that she was tossing around someone's food. I felt like telling her off but had my child with me at the time. I gave it one star because my food wasn't spit in. Needless to say I won't be going back.
