  Don’t get me wrong their sandwiches and drinks are always delightful but there is absolutely no reason my online order takes 35 minutes for TWO drinks and one donut. i was heading to work in the morning and had to leave without my items because it took forever. Also the drive thru is atrocious! I understand the workers cannot do anything about the traffic but cmon there’s no need to be blocking a whole street because the drive thru is too long and too slow.

  Awful. Burnt coffee the past 3 times with no sugar at all. Takes forever and they're rude as hell.

  I don’t think I will ever complain about my local Dunkin, this Dunkin is the slowest most unorganized I’ve ever been to. With some of the most rude employees. The Dutch crumb donuts are the only reason to go.

  If I could give 0 I would!!! Waiting in the drive thru for 30 places a minutes is absolutely insane!!!! This is the 3rd time since they’ve reopened, and every time it’s the same nonsense! Hire more help, or simply shut down!!!

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star. For starters, they take FOREVER to make a coffee. I ordered 2 ice coffees one day (keep in mind they just need poured and sprinkle in a little cream and sugar) and I stood in Dunkin for almost and HOUR. I live in Danville so I went to Dunkin because it would be quick. I will never make this assumption again. When I started to get frustrated and question where my coffee was, they had the audacity to give me attitude. They were not even that busy. I have seen any other coffee shop way busier than this Dunkin was at that time and not wait that long. Let’s also remember the subpar coffee Dunkin serves these days. It has gone extremely downhill over the last 5 years. The team working here is a joke. The money they just put into renovating this place should have just been put towards hiring all new staff. The only reason Dunkin in Danville gets the business they do is because they have very very little competition. They are open longer hours than small shops like Bason and have the convenience of a drive through. 3 years ago, I used to be able to easily go through their drive thru before work (no matter how long the line). Now, even when I order my coffee 30 minutes in advance of the needed pick up time it’s most often not ready. This is laughable for a coffee shop, like Dunkin. One day I had to go pick up my boyfriend a coffee after he mobile ordered one (30 minutes in advance of pick up time) Because they did not have his iced coffee with cream and sugar ready. When I got there, the employee was talking on his cell phone instead of working. I will include pictures from that day. I have nothing good to say about their coffee, staff, or establishment as a whole.
