The lobby was full of people waiting on their orders, none of which were coming out. We waited ten minutes at the counter. The only ones waiting to order. We weren’t even acknowledged. We left without even ordering. I guess I’ll drive to Bloomsburg from now on.

I went through today asked if they still had the Chipotle hashbrowns, the worker said yes, I was very polite and said id take two orders of them, I normally check my bag before leaving, but was in a hurry. I got home and opened my bag and it was two wake up wraps, I never got the hashbrowns. I paid for something I didn’t even order. This has happened countless times with dunkin messing no up my orders and not realizing until I drive home.

- CTChad ThompsonNov 2, 20251.0Would have given better rating, considering we made an online order, but when we got there by the designated time our order wasn't even started, the cashier was not very helpful, she was wondering around the store, the young man who was doing his best to complete the order was visibly frustrated with his coworker, he apologized for the delay, but as for the other two female workers they were no help with any part of the order, the order was finished approximately 45 minutes after the order was placed online, again no complaints about the young man, who seemed surprised that he didn't receive the order earlier from the other staff
