- KKKatt6 days ago2.0As I was giving my food and drink order, the one particular older lady didn't seem to care. I had repeated what I ordered multiple times and she still got it wrong. I understand they were busy especially on a holiday, but that particular person gets my order wrong every time. Her coworker helped to fix it. I still felt bad. I just won't go there as often.

By the time I got there, the drink had melted due to my delay, and I had also mistakenly placed a second order I didn’t need. Despite this being entirely my error, a staff member graciously refunded the extra order and remade my drink without me even asking. Her kindness and willingness to help truly stood out and made the trip worthwhile. I’m very grateful for the excellent service.
