    Ordered through the drive thru and the person taking my order couldn't get it right. I had to go to the window to order, and after paying looking and looking at the receipt the order was still wrong! Go to the pick it up at the following window and telling her what I want, get the order and it's still wrong!! Send it back and they finally got it right. I also didn't get my dipping sauce for the nuggets in the huntrix meal. I understand it was their busy time but it shouldn't have taken 4 tries to get it right.

    Awful service, our drive thru orders never arrived even after an hour wait in the drive thru line. Employees didn't know what they were doing. Playplace should've been kept in a renovation. Not going there again.

    What's wrong with this picture? Went inside as drive thru was very busy. The good... ordered a plain cheeseburger and it was made pretty quickly and tasted good...usual McDonald's quality. So what's missing from my pics? Well, that would be the cup of decaf coffee that I ordered. The first cup was given to me and it was old and cold. Not sure how long it was sitting. I know there are industry standards for how long coffee is to sit before fresh coffee is to be made. Asked for a fresh pot of coffee to be brewed because the coffee was disgusting. Waited about 1 minute and I watched the employee take the coffee pot around the wall where I could not see her pouring the second cup of coffee out of the same old pot of coffee. Was handed the second cup of coffee and oh my! It tasted exactly like the first cup of coffee. So I waited a few minutes for someone to come back to the counter to wait on me and in the meantime I took a picture of the customer service phone number because I intend to call it. Another employee came back and asked what was wrong and wondered why I was taking pictures of employees. He said employees could not have their photos taken as they are minors. What?? I showed him my phone and showed that the only picture I took was of the phone number on the wall and asked for my money to be refunded for the coffee. Then finally someone else came to refund my money and I told this employee/manager that when a customer asks for a fresh pot of coffee, it should be brewed as there are other McDonald's with higher quality who will do this for customers. Again old coffee should not be served anyways. So, not ever coming back to this McDonald's and I can see why the ratings are only 3.6 on Google reviews.

    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file what I can only describe as the most frustrating and disappointing experience I have ever had at McDonald’s. What should have been a simple order for a Bacon McDouble turned into an ordeal that wasted my time, disrespected me as a customer, and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism from your staff. During my initial visit, I was parked for nearly 30 minutes waiting for my food. Thirty minutes for a single Bacon McDouble. Not once was I updated or apologized to for the delay. When I requested a refund, I was told it could not be issued at that time and that I would need to come back after work to get it sorted out—requiring me to make a second trip, using more of my time and gas due to a mistake that was entirely on the store. When I returned, I did receive my refund, but the service I encountered was absolutely unacceptable. I had legitimate questions about how to escalate my complaint, and the shift lead refused to acknowledge me. Instead of offering help or even the basic courtesy of a conversation, they repeatedly interrupted me, took other customers’ orders mid‑conversation, and dismissed me with a rude, robotic “call this number.” Every attempt I made to ask a question or seek clarity was ignored. Their attitude was cold, unprofessional, and blatantly disrespectful. Not only was I inconvenienced twice, but I was also treated as though my presence was an interruption rather than a customer who had been severely inconvenienced due to the store’s mistake. I received no apology, no explanation, no compensation, and no willingness from staff to help me escalate the issue. Just a number shoved in my direction while I was ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable for any business—let alone McDonald's, a company that claims to value customer experience. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I am requesting: • A formal apology • Assurance that this location will write everyone up that was on this shift including the shift lead. • Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, time, and disrespect I experienced I look forward to a timely response and a resolution to this situation. Thank you.
