  While we was there the drive threw guy was on his phone the hole time and waited 15 minutes for them to get are cones have to much free time why are we waiting 15 min for 3 cones

  Stopped by to get a simple ice cream cone with sprinkles. I honestly should have told them that I didn’t want it. It was all crooked and falling over. Also, there were hardly any sprinkles. When I mentioned the amount of sprinkles the young lady said nothing and just stared at me. It was actually very strange. She showed no emotion and just stared. Will not be back.

  Multiple bad experiences here with them not giving me everything I ordered. When I went back to receive the items they did not give me multiple of the employees gave me a hard time about it or were completely clueless. Half the employees do not seem to know what they are doing and lack any customer service skills.

  Okay, hard no for me! Took about 23 minutes to get the order at the drive thru. (While sitting at the speaker) The girl got it wrong. That's not even my issue, because I worked in restaurants forever and I'm a decent human being. However, I ordered chocolate ice cream and instead of fixing it the normal way (changing it to chocolate) when they gave me vanilla ...they threw in some syrup, blended my cookie dough to sand.. and handed it back. Then I went in to get my money back just because I have never had it like that at any other dq...and omg sorry I did that! Not one person in the place had any customer service skills. The cashier with red hair kept giving me dirty looks and refused to even speak to me. The "cooks" were all giving me dirty looks. Management could have cared less. They were swearing amongst each other and acting so unprofessional. The customer service there is honestly horrendous. And tell me why I had to apologize multiple times for their mess ups because they were so rude and awkward. Definitely won't be back!!!!!
