  Terrible, show up in the morning and wait forever for nobody to say anything. Everyone was leaving pulling out cause nobody responded.

  Worst place I have ever been. Sat in the line for an hour. Didn't get any food because I had to get out of line and use restroom. Went to get go instead. Waited 10mins for food instead of an hr

  This is second instance that there was more than 5 min before someone took our order and today it's taking 3-5 min to process each car.

  This was an awful stop. The drive thru lines were very long and I commented to my husband this is good we will have fresh hot fries! NOT! I have no idea what they were doing inside but my husbands quarter pounder was fair - my cheeseburger had so much ketchup it was all over the wrapper leaking out everywhere, no onions or mustard to be seen and cold. Our fries were cold and hard as if sitting for days. Our 2 “hot” apple pies felt like they just took them out of a cold refrigerator- I threw out my cheeseburger and tried to heat our apple pies at home. What a waste of $30!! Very disappointed. I thought all cheeseburger condiments were the same at all sites - this site surely is lacking!

  I’ve been a McDonalds customer my whole life, visiting multiple locations in multiple states AND even in Europe and British Columbia. This Cranberry location is by far the WORST location I have ever been too…..and this is MULTIPLE visits inside and in the drive thru. Call me if you care for any details corporate America. My last visit here was last week. It was so awful I will NEVER come back to this location. Good luck!!!
