  It's been years since I got a sandwich at JJs. I was very disappointed, there's virtually no meat! One slice of turkey and one slice of cheese. At least the tomatoes were thick, they made up most of the sandwich.

  I'm really aggravated. You jerks raised your prices by a dollar for a sandwich. I usually eat here because Jimmy John's is one of the few places in all of Cranberry or Wexford that you can get a sandwich/lunch for under $10. Not anymore. Now its $10 just for a basic sandwich. Unreal. Hope you guys lose a lot of customers. Not eating at jimmy johns ever again

  Went in on 1/12/25 @ 5:45ish. The service was great! The two gentlemen I came across were so polite as they displayed such amazingly positive & welcoming attitudes. They were getting ready to close but didn’t rush me while looking over the menu to decide what I wanted. This made our pitstop on our way to Illinois smooth & comfortable. Thank you for the great experience guys!!

  Travis J. Young - a manager at this location - and Jason D. Waples - a lower employee at this location, used my private information to harass, intimidate and possibly blackmail my family. Travis exploited his authority as a manager and delegated Jason to place a call to a personal line of mine on October 28th, 10:50 PM, as well as send a social media message at the same time. A police report has been filed and a report against the employees is being processed within the location. I also bring this to public attention to promote the health and safety of the community. If you dine at this location, just know your personal information may not be safe so long as Travis J. Young and Jason D. Whaples continue to be employed there.
