Slowest service of any other Panera I e been to. I ordered a Greek salad. No chicken. No drink. Nothing else. Took more than 20 minutes to get my to-go meal.

Waited for more than 40 minutes after an online order was placed, just to find that my name is almost on the bottom of the We’ve got it list and kept having other names popped up in front of me. The manger didn’t bother to do anything or explain why, only said she can refund the order very rudely.

This location is consistently poor. You would think from all the mediocre reviews that the performance of this franchise would be addressed. I went in yesterday morning and they didn’t make any raisin cinnamon bagels, ok so i asked for the blueberry bagel. Please double toast. Was never toasted at all. Also bought a soufflé and guess what? It was cold. I can’t ever go back, consumers today have many choices. Consistent bad experiences will drive consumers away. At least the coffee was good. Good luck
