The first time was in McCandless and when I asked to have my steak sandwich hot they wouldn't do it so I walked out. I noticed recently that they started making their sandwiches hot so I went in to try the steak sandwich again cheesesteak of course having to have my sandwich how I want it I asked that they would Grill the inside of the bread which I did at the previous location. The first response was we can't do that and I laughed. I said you have a grill I simply want you to toast the inside of my bun because I like it more like a toast as opposed to Raw bread that gets soggy. She went back she asked a supervisor and they said yes. I don't understand why it's such a difficult proposition. In any way shape or form we got it and it tasted really good. We also got the old fashioned and it was really good as well for my wife. We'll probably be back again at some point try something else
