This was our first time visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings location, and unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. Our waitress was Alonna. After she served our drinks, we waited quite a long time before she came back to take our food order. When we finally ordered, I asked if I could order a wing bundle deal that I saw on the online menu, but she said it was not allowed. I’ve done this before at the BWW Gibsonia location without any issue. My wife ordered a wrap that comes with a side. She wasn’t sure what sides were available, so Alonna suggested a few options. My wife chose onion rings, but we later found out they cost extra. This was never mentioned when the suggestion was made. Had we known there was an additional charge, my wife likely would have chosen a different side. The food itself was okay, but the burgers were smaller and not as hot as what we’ve had at the Gibsonia location. My daughter ordered a strawberry lemonade as part of the “Pick 6 Meal for 2” bundle. About halfway through our meal, another waiter brought her a refill without saying anything, even though we never asked for one. We assumed the drink came with free refills, so she finished it. When we received the bill, I noticed a $2 charge for the onion rings, which we hadn’t been told about. Then when Alonna returned with my credit card for the receipt signature, I noticed the total was higher than the amount on the original bill. It turned out a $3.99 refill charge had been added. When I asked about it, she explained that only fountain drinks come with free refills, not strawberry lemonade. I understand that policies vary, but servers should not assume that customers know this. At the very least, customers should be asked if they want a refill and informed if it will cost extra. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Because of this visit, I will likely choose the Gibsonia location in the future instead of this one.

Pickup orders are never ready until 20+ minutes after the estimated time they provide. Very annoying. And they ignore you while you’re waiting, never apologize or offer any compensation, like a free item or coupon for next time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiters behaved very oddly toward us and their attitude felt discriminatory. We noticed a clear difference in how they treated us compared to other customers. The service was cold, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. No customer should feel uncomfortable or singled out while dining. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures respectful treatment for everyone.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. The service I received felt different from how other customers were treated. The staff member was dismissive, avoided interaction, and made me feel unwelcome. I also left a tip, but it was refused in a way that felt disrespectful. This added to the feeling that I was being treated unfairly. No customer should feel singled out or judged. Management needs to address this seriously.
