  They stop you from ordering at the counter like normal, instead taking your order at the register. When asked why the person helping us didn’t have much info. We tried having light convo with them and they were aloof. Weird atmosphere but the food was as amazing as always.

  I walked in today 4/3/26 to this location and walked out because I was greeted by no one after several minutes, and only saw a very limited menu of "cold cut" meat type subs. It seems the big menu where you would usually walk in and then sortof look directly look up for their "specialty subs" is not there anymore and instead was replaced by a large picture of a piece of bread... I did see they're smaller menu that only listed cold cut deli meat options, but being that i did not want a cold sub, I took my business elsewhere. are the hot subs all gone now or did you just move the menu? it was very confusing for me and I've been going to this location for years now.

  Very patient with us as well as accommodating with our order. Food is as expected and good! My daughter had tripped on the curb coming in and scraped her knee. The wonderful staff got her a bag of ice with a towel to help out. In a world full of people who show no compassion, this was amazing and I was grateful! Thank you to the staff at dibellas!
