  The service was terrible! As a server i am so lenient when it comes to my server. But Brian C was awful. He made us feel so uncomfortable the moment he so called "greeted" us. My daughter, my boyfriend & myself all african american & again being a server i know the "blacks dont tip well" stereotype...... heres the kicker! I do!! & very well, if deserved! He never introduced himself. Never asked what we wanted to drink. Never asked if we wanted an app nothing! Just are u guys ready yet? Like what???? Lol how does this man have a job?! I get it. I been a server for over 10 years we all have bad days but, this man was one of worst servers i have ever expirenced! He seemed like he didnt even want to wait on us! I hate to pull the race card but this is real life! & i was so uncomfortable! I almost asked for a manager but i didnt wanna be "that" person. I still tipped him 20% even tho he didnt deserve a penny. Food was mid. But the service was enough for me to never ever come back to this location ever again. Esp if you are of color!

  The lunch menu has great options. The lasagna was exceptional and flatbread was excellent. Brice was fantastic!

  We had a reservation for 4:30, arrive at around 4:20. Was told by the hostess that we’d need to be seated closer to our reservation time. That’s the last time she spoke to us. 20 minutes went by and we still had not been seated. The place was pretty empty, so we just left and went to Monte Cello’s. We were seated immediately when we got to MC. I don’t know what happened to Bravo, every Bravo I’ve been to has been great, but I won’t be going back to the Cranberry location. They should find a hostess that has at least an ounce of personality and/or communications skills. The girl working tonight cost Bravo money today. Money I’ll gladly give to Monte Cello’s.

  I love this Bravo location. Janice, the manager, always goes above and beyond to make sure all orders are to the customers liking. She is a gem and always helpful, kind, and professional.

  Bread was too overly spiced with a regano or something in the dippy sauce was very strange for the bread. Was very disappointed especially because of the price of the menu items Compared to the quality that the food actually was. I am sorry now to rate Bravo in the same level that Olive Garden is which is very subpar for Italian food. Everything is a la carte including salads. You add all that together a couple could easily spend a $100 for dinner and Bravo is absolutely not in that realm.
