  My husband and I were visiting this restaurant for the first time and weren't sure what to order. The waiter was very courteous and offered suggestions on which dishes to choose—and everything turned out to be absolutely delicious! 🥰 The food is tasty, and the service is amazing. 🙏❤️

  The food was good and the order was correct, which I appreciated. However, I ended up waiting about 30 minutes longer than the estimated completion time for my order. Having a more accurate ready time would really help customers plan better. That said, the girl working there was very nice and even gave me a water while I was waiting, which I appreciated. A little better timing on order estimates would make the experience much smoother.

  I ordered prime rib and have no idea what they served me. It was an odd red/white color and tasteless. It almost seemed plant based with its consistency. Very dry and not good. I haven't smoked a prime rib for myself yet this year and thought I'd give their's a try. Yuck.

  We had a very disappointing experience at Outback. We understood that there might be a wait for a larger table and ended up waiting about an hour to be seated, which was understandable given the size of our party. However, the rest of the experience went downhill from there. After being seated, we waited nearly two hours for our food with no explanation, no update, or communication from our server or staff. No one checked in with us about the delay, which made the long wait even more frustrating. When the food finally arrived, it was not prepared well. Some of the food was extremely spicy and parts were undercooked. We mentioned our concerns and were told that a manager would come talk to us if they had time. Unfortunately, the manager never came over even though we could see them standing around in the area. Overall, the lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing. Waiting happens, especially at busy restaurants, but customers deserve updates and basic attention when problems arise. This experience left us very frustrated and unlikely to return.

  Have eaten here many times before and both the food and the service have always been excellent. This was not the case this time. Arrived at 6:30. Took 30 minutes to be seated- no problem there- large party completely expected. What wasn’t expected was waiting 2 hours after ordering for the food to show. No explanation other than it’s coming soon. Waitress was okay at best until we asked for the manager to which she said that he would be over IF he’s not busy. Most of our steaks were either undercooked or too tough to chew. Manager never stopped by even though we could clearly see him. Very displeased.
