- MMMayaDec 18, 20251.0After no sleep, and spending an hour trying to fit all my stuff in my suitcase, all I wanted was my iced white chocolate latte and my egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant. I always get this at the State College location, and have never had a problem. In fact, my drink was wonderful, and was just what I needed after a stressful time trying to make it through the airport. When I get to my gate though, all the way across the airport I open my sandwich. It is way too overdone, the egg and the croissant. I took one bit into it, realized I couldn’t even chew it and spit it out. Now I’m hungry and even more stressed out and extremely dissatisfied, frustrated, and disappointed with what I received at Dunkin. I have never had a problem at Dunkin before, so I’m wondering what can be done to make this experience better for myself and others.

They don’t take the dunkin app (including my dunkin gift card), my wake up wraps were mangled, ice cold in the center, and I watched the worker with extremely long hair down to his waist drag his hair across the food and surfaces. It was very unsettling to watch.
