  Live in Moon so I come here by default. I’ll just list the garbage off. 1. They NEVER have fajita veggies. Go down the street to Giant Eagle or Aldi and pick some up for once. 2. Last bowl I got they crammed into the foil “top” and wrapped in aluminum foil because they ran out of the cardboard bottoms. 3. Ordered a quesadilla for my wife on the app. Got home and they had given us a couple pieces of steak, some corn, and a little salsa. No quesadilla. When I brought it back, the girl in the window acted blown away that I had returned whatever she had made. I remember what Chipotle used to be 15 years ago and this absolute trash heap garbage is so far from it. Corporate please come fix this.

  Operational nightmare. I sat in the drive through for 40 minutes waiting for an online order I entered. When I finally got to the window, I sat for another 15 minutes before asking my name for my order. It was still not ready. If you live near this location it would be faster to drive to the Robinson location. Management needs replaced.

  The staff was kind, from experience I now check that my chips aren’t stale before leaving and they were so he offered to make me a fresh batch. That is the only good thing I can say! From the moment I was walking up to the doors I noticed how dirty the door glass was and everything else surrounding the glass. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have turned around. Coming from the restaurant industry I know if the front of the house is bad then the back of the house is even worse. While waiting in line I couldn’t help but look around at how filthy and disgustingly dirty the restaurant was. The walls, the floors, all surfaces. I don’t know how they are even still open and the health board hasn’t shut them down! Also several staff members had dreadlocks hanging out of their hats or maybe their hair nets, the point is to have all of your hair in that hairnet when working with the food. The drink cooler near the register was completely empty. There were dirty tables where the people had left and the staff hadn’t cleaned it up. One table had a high chair with a mess below from the child that was gone and food was laying on the floor all around the high chair. The soda fountain station was filthy and garbage etc just thrown on the floor and counter area. One employee was standing nearby eating her meal and I couldn’t help but say to her this place is filthy, she then picked up some things. I was there at approximately 4pm 3-2-26 so it’s not as if they just finished the lunch rush. This store needs to be addressed as they represent a brand and this store was unrecognizable in comparison to all other chipotle’s I’ve been to. Once I brought my food home I couldn’t even eat it thinking of the stores lack of cleanliness!! I took the supervisors business card and planned to call but she knows what her store looks like. AB are her initials and it says she’s a field leader. *addition, there were no vegetables on the line. The bowl had such a small portion and I couldn’t figure out what was missing until now as I’m reading reviews. I wish I had my phone on me to take pictures. But I can see all the horrible reviews here with pictures. I tried to use the link you provided and it takes me nowhere but to a page to join for rewards. Perhaps that’s intentional? I see the link is basically the same on other reviews.. Michael, that link didn’t work!

  This review is not a fault of the employees working, this is for Chipotle corporate. What an absolute disgrace to only have 4 employees working during peak hours, those guys are busting their ass trying to handle a line out the door with no support from either corporate or the franchise owner. This place has been an understaffed disaster ever since it opened, and I don't see it improving anytime soon. I recommend driving an extra 10 minutes to go to the Robinson location, or better yet, just go to Moe's.

  i have ordered from here a ton of times. if you don’t go inside or don’t have time and need to mobile order they will not put like any effort into it. every single time we get steak and for the past seven orders it has been barbacoa, chicken, or pork. i don’t even remember what the steak tastes like anymore. the app will just give you a side of gauc like the steak isn’t way more than the other options. i cannot even wrap my head around what someone must be thinking to purposefully and consistently make things wrong? it doesn’t make sense, the ingredients are all there so why are you constantly doing it
