  Went to Chipotle and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had there. They were basically out of everything — barely any options left, which defeats the whole point of going. On top of that, the portions were ridiculously small. Like, I’m paying full price for half a bowl?? The workers seemed like they didn’t care at all either. Definitely not worth the money this time. Super disappointing.

  I ordered through the app, at 8:40pm my order said it would be ready at 9pm. I was there to pick it up at 9pm using the drive through. Waited in line for 15 minutes until someone opened the window and told me to pull back around because they were running behind (which was more than okay). However, as soon as I drove away from the window the app notified me that my order was ready. I then waited in line with other cars UNTIL 9:35pm. At the window I was greeted by a very apologetic and kind man and I said no worries! When I went to eat my food, it was missing gauc, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro lime sauce.

  Anytime I dine in, DoorDash, order through the chipotle app, pick it up myself, the food portions are always annoyingly small. The inside is near clean. Sometimes the staff is nice, others they act like you’re bothering them. Who the hell is hiring / training the people who work here? And it doesn’t matter what time you come it’s always like this. Oh and god forbid you get a burrito. Twice I have received a “burrito” be folded into a square.

  This place is the worst location I ever been,and I travel alot..Rice was so salty is like they don't know what there doing..they didn't have any guacamole ice everywhere by the drink machines trash,also playing hip hop kind of loud,I like hip hop don't get wrong,but there is time and place for everything

  This Chipotle’s management is way too out of control. How can you have your DML worker telling your AGM how to do their job? Especially when it’s amongst the most mundane tasks. I saw this poor DML guy having to do everything by themselves as the AGM is handing out wrong orders during expo. I received two other orders that were not mine. The frustration between customer and employee is unmatched. Food wasted, money lost, and more negative reviews. The field leader, Anastasia Bruno, needs to hold these people accountable or the restaurant will keep failing.
