Our waitress Bria was Amazing and attentive and very welcoming. The food over all was very good. We were here to celebrate my daughter's Birthday on 3/7/26 and they did not disappoint. We secretly told her about the birthday girl and she gathered most of her co-works to sing Happy Birthday. It made her night memorable and to top it off they gave her a birthday card with all the servers + chef signatures on it.

Our server, Bria, was very nice. We kept her waiting to take our order for a long time, due to catching up conversations. Every time Bria returned to the table, she remained seemingly unbothered, even though I'm sure internally she was getting irritated 😅 Blooming onion was bomb

Building still holding together, great food and good service tonight. Mixed drinks from bartenders were pure tinted water with ice, at bar and at tables.. Why? 3/14/26

After years of eating out at every kind of restaurant imaginable, from greasy spoons to fancy steakhouses, I can honestly say this was the single worst dining experience of my entire life. This Outback didn't just drop the ball, they hurled it into a dumpster fire and walked away laughing. The place was slow. Barely any customers, no wait, zero chaos or excuses for delay. We still waited **over an hour** for food that should have taken maybe 15-20 minutes. In that entire time, not a single person from the staff acknowledged our existence. No drink refills. No quick check-in. No "sorry for the wait." Absolute radio silence. We might as well have been ghosts. Then the food arrived, and it was an outright insult. My steak, ordered **medium**, was basically still mooing in the middle: raw, cold, and completely inedible. The butter pat sitting on top? felt like it came straight out of the fridge. We tried everything to get help. Waved politely, called out, flagged our waitress down repeatedly. She looked right at us multiple times and kept walking, ignoring us like we were beneath her notice. It wasn't oversight, it felt intentional and cruel. Over an hour of my life stolen, I am DONE with this location forever. I urge every single person reading this: do not waste your time, your money, or your patience here. Go anywhere - literally anywhere else. Outback corporate should be mortified and shut this place down until they figure out how to treat paying customers like actual people. Zero stars if possible. One only because the app forces it. Go to the Springfield location, much better service, food and atmosphere.

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent dining experience at your establishment. What should have been an enjoyable meal was instead marred by a significant lack of professional service from our server, Benjamin, and an equally troubling response from the manager on duty. From the very beginning, our interaction with Benjamin was unsatisfactory. Basic courtesies, such as inquiring about our meal or ensuring we had essential items like silverware and drinks, were entirely overlooked. We had to wait an excessive amount of time for a requested beverage, which was forgotten and only arrived well over an hour into our meal. It was particularly frustrating to observe Benjamin engaging in casual conversation with other staff members while our table remained unattended and our needs unmet. When I initially brought these concerns to the attention of the manager, I was met with an unhelpful and unexpectedly accusatory demeanor. There was a notable absence of any apology or acknowledgement of responsibility for the substandard service. Following a brief discussion between the manager and Benjamin, our forgotten drink was finally delivered, but without a single word or any attempt at genuine service recovery from our server. He continued to walk past our table repeatedly, neglecting to offer basic services like providing boxes for leftovers or inquiring if we desired dessert. My subsequent request to speak with the manager again resulted in an even more astonishing interaction. Despite my clear account, she dismissed my claims, stating that Benjamin had engaged with us – a conversation that simply did not occur, particularly as she was not on the floor to witness the complete lack of engagement. Shockingly, she proceeded to accuse me of fabricating the extent of the poor service. It was only when she approached the table behind us, whose occupants corroborated my exact statements and confirmed their own similar experiences of minimal interaction from Benjamin, that my account was reluctantly acknowledged. This entire episode, from the complete disregard by our server to the manager's defensive and dismissive handling of a legitimate complaint, was utterly unacceptable. To be accused of dishonesty when seeking to address a genuine service failure is profoundly disheartening and reflects a serious lapse in customer relations. This incident underscores a critical need for additional training for both serving staff and management, especially in areas of customer service, conflict resolution, and accountability. This was, unequivocally, the most frustrating and disappointing dining experience I have ever encountered at any Outback location.
