Have been going here for 3 years now ordering the same thing never tasted that bad. Me and my wife did not finish it and tossed in trash

The lights are on, I can LITERALLY see workers inside yet there is no sign on the door explaining why they might be closed. This is like the 5th time at this point. I actually like qdoba better than chipotle, this is ridiculous. It’s the way the workers are literally sitting at a booth by the window and watching people pull on the door and then they’re not explaining why they have decided to lock the door.

I brought a bowl for dinner and only could eat 3 fork fulls due to it being a lot. So I go to heat it up for lunch. Well to my surprise there is hair in my bowl. It’s not mine due to me having braids and I don’t have a beard. This is the reason they put hairnets and beard nets in place. Can you say disappointed and disgusted. I spent money on food that I can’t even eat
