New to the area for work. Stopped in for dinner and I'll be back! Fresh hot and taste was great. Chips, queso and a burrito bowl w/spicy chicken 🤤

WHAT IS GOING ON: This review is hurting ME to write. I take extreme pride in my community inclusive of our stores, shops, restaurants etc. I have been putting off this review for three weeks now because I was hoping nay praying that the quality of food for my neighborhood QDOBA was a once, twice, even thrice fluke. I didn't want to accept this fact well now it's time for a little acceptance and honesty on my behalf. Three weeks in a row on various days I have stopped in to Qdoba located in conshohocken PA after work only to find that the food was as follows: the black beans were nearing the bottom of the pot and had looked mashed, no fajita veggies, no steak, the brown rice looked old, and the white rice well let's just say it wasn't white. The chicken was nearly finished and when I asked about the food and or options I was told it was going to be about an hour. This was between 530pm and 6pm on a work day. Trust me after working a long shift and ready to get home The last thing I want to do is sit around for another 45 minutes to an hour. I'm finding it so hard that the staff is not considering after work hours in preparation of having food readily available for their customers. Most places have a mission that 6pm food should be just as fresh as when the store first opens. At least 4 times I have walked in and after seeing what was passing as food at that hour turned around and departed. I even came in twice with my adult son to only find the same thing. It's so bad that we already knew what to expect in the way of availability and quality as we walked inside but as I stated in the beginning I was in denial and was really hoping that this was not going to be an ongoing issue. I do not know what's going on or where's the quality control but I'm very very very disheartened, disappointed, and baffled all at the same time. Because 5:30 to 6:30 is not so late that customers should walk in there and do not have the option to purchase fresh food. If I could have given a zero star that is exactly what it would have been. The atmosphere with dull dark and dismal nearly as if the place was one hour from shutting down permanently. Well, today is 12/29/2025. Qdoba 2026 is quickly approaching how about a New Year's resolution to do better?

Firstly, I've been going to this Qdoba since they opened back in 2015 because I live in the neighborhood. They have some of the best Mexican food and salsa any Quick Service Restaurant can offer and the service is (usually) pretty good. As of lately I haven't been able to acquire one meal from them! Let me paint a brief picture. I get off work at 4:30 pm after waking up at 5am every work day. Several times within the past weeks I've come in after 5pm to all the food looking absolutely abysmal. Everything is almost finished and what is leftover is dry from being out all day. Forget the beans, rice, fajita veggies...there's also usually no proteins such as chicken or steak ready. Waiting 30mins-50mins for food at a QSR is unreal. Plaza Azteca is a GREAT Mexican restaurant that I also frequent as well which is only minutes away; never had a problem with them. I'm sure my patronage alone wouldn't be of great lose but if I'm noticing these things others could be too which might explain why it is always empty when I arrive. I will not give up faith nor will I eat at Chipotle. Thank you.

My wife and I just picked up some lunch from here the other day and she got a mild case of food poisoning 45 minutes later after eating. Both of our items were cold and the chicken tasted stale so I imagine we ate a batch of the adobo chicken that was multiple days old. Not cool Qdobda.
