There is also no management of in-cafe orders, family size/bulk orders, and “rApId” online pickup as it all funnels into one poorly staffed team of 2.5 (one appeared new) during the beginning of dinner rush while the store manager stood in the middle of the pickup counter talking to the employees and slowing them down. You can talk and make food at the same time during a rush when you have multiple orders of large amounts of food ahead of someone who’s there for a single sandwich. I guess I expected too much from a place selling glorified and overpriced hospital food.
