  If I spend 7$ on a coffee it should probably look like the add I bought it because of . No crumbs - no foam Then I go back in and they can’t even speak English to understand what is wrong with the drink they gave me. I know they got me on the 75 cent extra pumps but I’m not even going to attempt to tell her that. She figured the foam n crumbs out eventually . Last time going there

  24 hours 7 days a week is my favorite part of this Dunkin!!! Always open even on Holidays.

  Food is always good and Dunks has the best coffee. For some reason or another though, at least with this particular location, you have to ask for napkins. I guess they don't think people use them, so they don't just give them.

  I was already wary of this Dunkin but I was surprised they’d made my drink good in the past but unfortunately, this time it was different. I went to the Dunkin by myself for the first time ever and I went up to the drive-through and I noticed that there’s someone there I was kind of shocked. Its soon my turn to order what I want after the other car left and and then I drive up behind where the other was and I witnessed both the lady inside of the Dunkin and the driver I guess interacting I didn’t think anything of it until the lady closed her windows. The man in the car was just sitting there and eventually he said the F word and something about the lady. I guess the lady made him angry and then he drove off. It was my turn to pick up my order and go on with my night. She proceeds to make the drink and then right before she’s about to finish. She drops the lid for my drink on the ground and then pick it right back up and then put it on my cup and mixes. I was expecting something like that, but I honestly didn’t want to interact or say anything or fight. I just wanted my drink and I wanted to go home. Yes, that’s a little gross but give me a break. I don’t wanna fight. She says 5.18 is my total which is usual for my order andI proceed to give my phone to her to pay for my drink. She taps my phone I hear the ding noise go off. I thought that’s it she was like no it didn’t work and we tried again and it worked I was a little suspicious by what was going on and I was right. When I checked my bank account, I saw that she took 6.95 from me. To top it off I then tried my drink and it’s literally something completely different. I asked for brown sugar, she said brown sugar I said brown sugar and yet what I tasted was pumpkin or cinnamon or just a seasonal flavor not brown sugar. This lady usually makes my drink perfectly, but it’s of course the one time I go physically myself instead of ubering. After the purchase was complete I try to ask for my recipe, but she just slams and locks the windows together. It’s seem like this lady just one day snapped and now is tired of dealing with customers. It’s ppl of her kind that always take more money away from me than they should. I need to just stick to Starbucks. IF the owner of this Dunkin reads this do something already everyone hates this Dunkin.
