The food is either burnt and inedible Or it’s cold sometimes it’s both most of the time the food is cold, which I don’t understand how food is made to order and by the time you get it, it’s cold. The biggest problem is that the owner of the restaurant which is Alamo doesn’t care they’re not doing anything about any of the problems. The owners don’t care about the experience or the product that their companies give all they care about is the money that goes into their pocket. Smartest thing to do just avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. Trust me. It’s worth the drive to go anywhere else.

Won’t make this mistake again. I guess English and comprehension is not a requirement to work at this location.

She was pretty disappointed. I got a coffee this morning and there was about a quarter off the top. Typically when I get coffee there it's pretty much full. My boyfriends coffee was entirely full. So I said that coffee is not full. She got smart with me saying "do u see that full line, yeah it's full. " she also gave me a bag that had straws and napkins in it which I thought was weird already. Then she asked oh what's that bag. I didn't realize but there was some kind of food in the bag. She asked me to give it back to her which I don't even think they were supposed to take back to give to someone else. Then she didn't give me any straws and I was already irritated and didn't think about it.
