It initially came out medium but not Pittsburgh and I had told the server not to worry about it, I didn't want to make a big deal about it. The manager (owner), came over a few minutes later and insisted on making me another steak, just explained there was miscommunication in the kitchen. In the end, I did get a perfectly cooked Pittsburgh medium steak that was delicious and could not have been more thankful. Not for the steak, but for the concern it wasn't right and willingness to address it. The dinner is always good here for us...but our last visit was exceptional! Thanks for the great service and very good steaks!
