I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich ($12), an iced coffee (my go-to drink anywhere), and a cookie. Total came to $18.85, which honestly felt insane for what I got. The iced coffee was terrible — three sips and it went straight in the trash. The sandwich was equally disappointing. For $12, I expected something fresh and filling, but the chicken had that processed, frozen grilled chicken texture you’d get from a grocery store freezer section. Chewy and bland. Overall, very underwhelming for the price. Places like this might fool you once, but not twice. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here.

- PPpastorpresent1Dec 19, 20251.0Panera advertised a cup of soup for one dollar if you ordered an entrée on the app. So I ordered the entrée on the app after I arrived at the restaurant and got to the place where I was supposed to enter the keyword SOUP. I did so and got a message that said it was unacceptable and that the special was only available until December 19. Well, it was December 19. So we asked at the cash register for the soup special even though the app didn’t work. We were advised that this happened sometimes to other people when Panera’s system would not accept a specific order from the app and there was nothing they could do about it because he could not enter a one dollar cup of soup on the cash register, so we were out of luck. OH REALLY. In fact, it is Panera who is out of luck. You get a very, very bad review here. If you lure somebody in with an advertised special, you deliver that special one way or another. He should’ve been able to override the system so that it would allow that. We went to the restaurant next-door and had an excellent meal. We will not return to Panera anytime soon.
