They have almost no doughnut selection, which is of course the biggest reason why people choose to go there. No one greets you. You're expected to use the touchscreen ordering, which allows you to order items they don't have. Then it breaks upon payment. Was a disappointing and forgettable experience.

The employees will make you wait a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru while you can hear them on the other end of the speaker having conversations and laughing. Yes, talk and joke around to get you through the work day, but don’t make a customer wait for long period of time and then be unnecessarily rude to them. I’m surprised this location is still open and honestly hope it shuts down one day soon because those disgustingly mean employees should not be working in customer service.

Sometimes, I have sat at the drive-thru speaker for 2 minutes or more. Listening to the staff members joke around and have a conversation. Then I drive to the window and all of a sudden they realize that they have customers.
