This place had multiple pizzas on their shelves in the case It looked absolutely delicious I chose to get an Italian sub. It was very delicious. The cheese had a very distinct delicious flavor to it. I can't put words to it, but it was one of the best subs I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Looking forward to the next time I get to dine here again

Was having an off day and ordered their chicken cutlet Caesar sandwich with a mint chip shake. Oh my goodness. Everything crumb was incredible and fresh and perfect. Turned my whole day around. At a great price too. Super impressive.

They have a wonderful reputation and great food options. For me not so much since I have Celiacs. My options are limited and high chances of cross contamination. My wife.loves their food and she has no restrictions like I do. I have not had a reaction from most recent visit but it's a serious concern for me.

To be honest I love coming here and ordering from here. But this time I had a different experience. I called in to order a pickup order. I asked the girl over the phone if they would take a pickup order and she said “what do you mean “ in a very rude condescending tone. I asked the question again and she questioned me again. Then when she finally understood what I was asking and she told me they do I proceeded to tell her what I wanted. When I told her the first item of my order she replied back with “first of all what’s the last 4 numbers of your phone number” I told her and then she said “cheese pizza” I said yes and a Norristown red. She then replied back with “give us 25-30” I said okay thank you and she just hung up the phone. I love Collegeville bakery but they hire such young kids who ruin the whole experience.

I didn’t end up eating here, but I wanted to share my experience based on a customer service interaction.
I called to place a large catering order for 50+ people (an order that would have been $800+) for delivery. One of my athletes recommended this restaurant and mentioned her family knows the owners well, which is why I reached out.
From the start, the person who answered the phone seemed distracted and not very attentive. I completely understand restaurants get busy, but when someone is placing an order of this size, I expect basic questions to be answered. If she was too busy, a simple “can I call you back later?” would have been much appreciated.
When I mentioned the athlete who recommended the restaurant, the response was extremely dismissive (“yeah, my husband knows everyone”). She then gave me the email address to send the order to so quickly that I couldn’t write it down correctly, even after asking for it to be repeated. While I was in the middle of asking how payment would be handled she hung up on me mid conversation.
Overall, the interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. It’s disappointing, especially when trying to support a local business with a large order. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
