I usually have a great experience ordering online but last night made me change my mind. I placed an order at 5:15 and I received a confirmation stating my food would be delivered by 6:20. At 6:30 I checked the status and my food had not begun to be prepared. I attempted to call the restaurant, but no one answered. So disappointed that no one was available to remedy the issue.
I reached out to DoorDash and they were able to cancel the order.

I had such a great experience at Cava today. Muva was amazing and so patient. She welcomed me with a smile and made me feel comfortable even though I am not from this town. She was so attentive and helpful the entire time. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Thank you Muva for making my day a little brighter.

First time eating at Cava, I was a little overwhelmed with all the options. Everything looked good. The staff walked me through the options for my bowl. Maritza and Doris were super friendly and helpful! And everything that ended up in my bowl was delicious. I appreciated that the restaurant was very clean. I also tried the Pineapple apple mint juice. It was refreshing and I'm looking forward to trying their other food and drinks next time!

Do not order delivery from their website. They use door dash to deliver for them and you have to pre-tip so when your dasher does not complete your order you have no way to rate him or lower your tip. Management was not very helpful in trying to find a solution - phone was passed around to 4 different people who 1. Offered for me to come pickup the remainder of my order myself despite paying $15 extra for delivery, fees, and tip. 2. Offered a refund of half of what we paid for the un-delivered items 3. Then offered to give me an Apple Pay refund of undisclosed amount that has yet to be followed through on. Just save your time, effort and money and go through door dash directly so you can AT LEAST rate your dasher low for not doing his job. As a side note, the food that did get delivered was good quality - main issue here is that no one was responsible for the mistake or trying to find a solution and we have yet to get our money back.

I’ve been to this CAVA many times and usually have a great experience — the staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh. However, this visit was very disappointing. The person preparing my bowl (her name tag said Muva) had a really bad attitude and was extremely rude while serving. Every time I asked for something, she just tossed it into the bowl carelessly, almost like she didn’t want to be there.
She was rushing through everything, throwing ingredients around, and even messed up my order. At one point, she claimed she added extra falafel, but that only happened because she was tossing things so carelessly. It made the whole experience unpleasant.
CAVA usually provides great service, but this time was unacceptable. I hope management takes note and ensures better customer service. Honestly, if I see her working next time, I’ll probably skip ordering altogether.
