Drinks are inconsistent. You can’t taste the espresso so it just tastes like sugary milk. I tried it 4x times and was disappointed. I tried to call the store - each store doesn’t have a phone you have to call the main number. I was hung up on twice by the automated system while trying to leave a message. I then sent a message on Facebook and didn’t receive a response. Wanted to love it but I think they need time to train staff to brand standards.

I want to love them so bad, i love their SF options and vibe. However it’s totally unacceptable to wait nearly 25 mins for 1 coffee while there’s only 5 people in front of me. The communication at this place is horrific- people yelling, running, skipping orders, handing out wrong drinks, etc.
I actually like the music (reminds me of DutchBros), but it’s so loud you can’t properly communicate with the employees unless you’re yelling in their face. Not worth my time anymore until they work all the kinks out.

Exceptional service! Tasty drinks! Stopped for the first time this afternoon with a friend who has had them a lot. I tried the Love Potion Energy. Absolutely delicious tasting drink. The staff was super friendly and treated like they were your friend and knew you personally. Great conversation while we waited for our drinks. I look forward to coming back to this establishment to try more drinks. Keep up the great work to all employees especially braving the cold, snowy weather today.

I went on a Saturday night waited 35 minutes at least. Got a hot medium salted caramel machiato and a hot medium americano. The price was $10.50. Similar to Starbucks but took way longer to just get those two simple drinks. Also the salted caramel machiato had no sugar at all and you could barely taste any caramel. The espresso is smooth and has a very deep rich flavor without the bitter aftertaste so even without sugar it was good. I got home and added a little sugar and it was kind of fantastic. I mention the lack of sugar because I wasnt asked if I wanted sugar or not and 7Brew are known for their overly sugary drinks so who would have thought you needed to say add sugar? I'd go again but i wouldn't wait in line for more than 10 mins. Maybe have more people making coffee and less taking orders? Also there is no menu so a sign with a large QR code would be helpful so less time needed for taking orders which would mean less people needed taking orders and more people making orders. There problem solved you're welcome.

First time visiting today, atmosphere was great, definitely busy around 3:30. I ordered my drinks wasn't real happy with the gentleman that was taking the orders he was very standoffish, not very polite, didn't offer me or tell me anything about the coffees, didn't ask if I wanted anything additional. since it was my first time there i didn't want to give a phone number. he turned the pad around like I needed to give him a tip, I'm sorry I get some people might do that but I opted not to. he turned the the tablet around so I can pay with my debit card once he processed the card he just turned and walked away didn't say anything. He may have been having a bad day but as a first-time customer that didn't give me a great impression
